When you register, you’ll select “Yes” or “No” under “Do you use a CRM?”

• CRM users receive pre-formatted email templates to load directly into your system.

• Non-CRM users get an easy CSV sheet, manual outreach tools, and a setup tutorial.

Either way, we’ll guide you step-by-step.

Each affiliate has a unique referral link.
When someone clicks your link and enrolls in the Pathway to Homeownership course, the system automatically credits the sale to your account.
You can track everything from your dashboard — no spreadsheets or guesswork required.

You’ll receive 30% commission ($89.10) for every confirmed enrollment made through your affiliate link.
Payments are processed monthly, and your dashboard shows all pending and completed commissions.
