UCS offers two partner participation options:

A paid affiliate partner may receive commissions when applicable through eligible course enrollments.

 

                                                                   Non-Paid Referral Partner:
A non-paid referral partner receives a tracked UCS partner link but does not receive commission. This option is for professionals, organizations, or community partners who want to share UCS as an educational resource without participating in affiliate compensation.

 

All approved partners may receive a tracked UCS partner link. Commission preference only determines whether the partner is eligible to receive affiliate commissions. It does not remove tracking.

Affiliate compensation is tied only to eligible course enrollment and is not tied to loan activity, closings, approvals, funding, consumer return, CRA credit, or any specific outcome.

Affiliate Program Refund Terms

1. Non-Refundable Product Policy

  • The Pathway to Homeownership Course is a non-refundable digital product.

  • Since no refunds are offered, affiliate commissions are guaranteed once earned and will not be clawed back for refunds.



2. Affiliate Responsibility

  • Affiliates (including lenders, real estate professionals, builders, or other partners) are not financially responsible for refunds or cancellations.

  • Affiliates are expected to accurately represent the course and services but are not liable for customer dissatisfaction or refund claims.



3.  Commissions

  • Payouts are issued 45 days after the end of the month in which the sale occurred



4. Chargebacks

  • In the rare event of a chargeback, the company will handle disputes directly with the customer and payment processor. Affiliates are not liable for chargebacks.
