Affiliate Program Refund Terms
Effective Date: September 29, 2025
1. Non-Refundable Product Policy
- The Homebuyer Workshop course is a non-refundable digital product.
- Since no refunds are offered, affiliate commissions are guaranteed once earned and will not be clawed back for refunds.
2. Affiliate Responsibility
- Affiliates (including lenders, realtors, builders, or other partners) are not financially responsible for refunds or cancellations.
- Affiliates are expected to accurately represent the course and services but are not liable for customer dissatisfaction or refund claims.
3. Subscription Commissions
- If affiliates are also compensated on ongoing subscription services (if you choose to offer this), commissions will only apply to active and paid subscriptions.
- If a customer cancels their subscription, future commissions will also stop.
4. Chargebacks
- In the rare event of a chargeback, the company will handle disputes directly with the customer and payment processor. Affiliates are not liable for chargebacks.
