Partner Participation Options

UCS offers two partner participation options:

Non-Paid Affiliate Partner:

Designed for banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, loan officers, Realtors, nonprofits, and other organizations or professionals that want to refer consumers without receiving compensation. A non-paid referral partner receives a tracked UCS partner link but does not receive commission.

Paid Affiliate Partner:
A paid affiliate partner may receive commissions when applicable through eligible course enrollments.

When someone enrolls through your link, attribution is recorded under UCS affiliate attribution policies.

You earn $89.10 for each qualified Pathway enrollment — 30% of the $297 commissionable educational component. Coaching fees are non-commissionable.

All approved partners may receive a tracked UCS partner link. Commission preference only determines whether the partner is eligible to receive affiliate commissions. It does not remove tracking.

Affiliate compensation is tied only to eligible course enrollment and is not tied to loan activity, closings, approvals, funding, consumer return, CRA credit, or any specific outcome.

Affiliate Program Refund Terms

1. Refund Policy

The $297 Pathway to Homeownership educational component is subject to the Upward Credit Solutions Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

The $50 coaching component is governed by the applicable coaching cancellation and refund terms.

Affiliates are not responsible for determining refund eligibility or handling customer refund requests.

2. Affiliate Responsibility

Affiliates — including lenders, real estate professionals, builders, and other approved partners — are not financially responsible for customer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Affiliates are expected to accurately represent the Pathway to Homeownership Coaching Program and UCS services but are not responsible for customer dissatisfaction or refund decisions made by UCS.

3. Commissions

Affiliate commissions are earned only on qualified enrollments and are calculated as 30% of the $297 commissionable educational component, or $89.10 per qualified enrollment.

Coaching payments are non-commissionable.

Payouts are issued according to the payout schedule established in the UCS Affiliate Terms.

If a qualifying transaction is refunded, reversed, disputed, or otherwise becomes ineligible before commission payment, the related affiliate commission may be adjusted or reversed in accordance with UCS Affiliate Terms.

4. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Upward Credit Solutions will manage the matter directly with the customer and payment processor.

Affiliates are not personally liable for customer chargebacks. However, any commission associated with a reversed or invalid transaction may be canceled or adjusted in accordance with UCS Affiliate Terms.
