• Personalized plan: Guidance on which debts to restructure, which accounts to optimize, and how to position yourself for stronger loan terms.
• Monthly check-ins: Guided coaching to adjust your credit and budget strategy as life changes.
• Lender Match included free: If you were referred, you’ll be reconnected to your partner; if not, we’ll connect you with 3–5 lenders who fit your profile.

Important: Mortgage-Ready status is only issued through coaching once your budget and strategy are confirmed.
