2. Who We Are
Upward Credit Solutions, also referred to as “UCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” is an educational and lender-readiness platform.
UCS provides educational tools, budgeting education, financial organization guidance, coaching support, affiliate resources, webinars, and lender-readiness education designed to help individuals better understand how financial profiles may be evaluated by lenders and how to prepare for stronger financial decision-making.

3. Educational Purpose Only
All UCS materials, courses, webinars, coaching sessions, templates, calculators, videos, guides, checklists, emails, worksheets, and other resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
UCS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, underwriting, or credit repair advice.
Any information provided by UCS should not be treated as a guarantee that you will qualify for credit, financing, a loan, homeownership, funding, or any specific financial outcome.
You are responsible for evaluating your own financial circumstances and seeking professional advice from licensed professionals when needed.
4. No Credit Repair Services
UCS does not sell credit repair services.
UCS does not dispute accounts on your behalf, promise the deletion of accurate information, guarantee credit score increases, or claim to remove negative items from consumer reports.
UCS provides education, budgeting guidance, financial organization support, lender-readiness education, and coaching designed to help consumers better understand financial habits, documentation, budgeting behavior, and lender evaluation factors.
5. Not a Lender / No Approval Guarantee
UCS is not a lender, bank, mortgage company, broker, loan originator, or funding provider.
UCS does not approve or deny loans. UCS does not issue credit, make lending decisions, underwrite applications, fund transactions, or guarantee access to financing.
Participation in a UCS course, webinar, coaching program, affiliate promotion, or educational pathway does not guarantee loan approval, credit approval, funding, home purchase eligibility, debt reduction, score improvement, or any specific financial result.
Lending and credit outcomes depend on many individual factors, including but not limited to income, debts, assets, credit history, payment behavior, budgeting behavior, documentation, lender guidelines, underwriting requirements, market conditions, and consumer participation.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information.
Reviewing your own financial documents.
Making your own financial decisions.
Following through on educational steps.
Maintaining personal records.
Monitoring your own accounts.
Communicating with lenders or professionals directly when applicable.
Understanding that outcomes depend on your personal situation and actions.
UCS may provide education, structure, guidance, tools, templates, and coaching support, but UCS cannot complete your personal financial responsibilities for you.
7. Courses and Digital Products
UCS may offer digital courses, educational downloads, templates, guides, worksheets, calculators, videos, toolkits, and related educational products.
The primary UCS affiliate-promoted course is the Pathway to Homeownership educational course.
Current standard course price: $297, unless changed by UCS or modified by an official promotion, coupon, or special offer.
Course access, course materials, and digital products are for personal educational use only unless UCS provides written permission otherwise.
You may not copy, resell, share, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish, modify, or commercially exploit UCS course materials or digital products without written permission from UCS.
8. Coaching and Service-Based Support
UCS may offer coaching, budgeting support, financial organization support, lender-readiness support, assessments, planning sessions, or other service-based support.
Coaching is separate from course purchases unless specifically bundled or stated at checkout.
Standard coaching may be billed month-to-month at $50 per month, unless another amount is stated at checkout or in a written UCS offer.
Coaching does not guarantee loan approval, credit approval, funding, score increases, or any specific financial result.
No-shows, missed sessions, or unused coaching time may be treated as delivered according to the Refund / Cancellation Policy.
9. Business Setup, Consulting, and Other Services
UCS may offer business setup services, consulting services, concierge support, or other non-course services.
These services are separate from the UCS educational course and separate from standard affiliate commissions unless UCS officially states otherwise in writing.
The scope, price, payment structure, deliverables, and refund terms for these services will be governed by the checkout page, written offer, invoice, service description, or related policy provided at the time of purchase.
10. Webinars and Educational Events
UCS may host webinars, workshops, orientations, affiliate trainings, educational events, or other online sessions.
Webinars are educational in nature and may include information about lender-readiness, budgeting, financial organization, course enrollment, coaching options, affiliate participation, or other UCS services.
Webinar attendance does not guarantee course purchase, coaching enrollment, affiliate approval, loan approval, funding, credit approval, financial improvement, or any specific result.
UCS may provide links during or after webinars for course purchases, educational resources, affiliate signup, or next-step actions.
11. Affiliate Program
UCS may operate an affiliate program that allows approved affiliates to promote UCS offers.
Affiliates must apply, be approved, and follow all UCS affiliate rules, policies, approved messaging standards, disclosure standards, and promotional guidelines.
Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, agents, legal representatives, partners, lenders, brokers, or officers of UCS.
Affiliates may promote approved UCS offers, official webinars, educational events, and direct course sales using approved links and approved messaging.
Affiliates may not make unauthorized promises, alter approved claims, use misleading language, present UCS as a lender, claim UCS provides credit repair, guarantee approvals, guarantee score increases, or use MLM-style recruiting language.
12. Affiliate Commissions
The current standard affiliate commission is 30% per qualified course sale.
For the current $297 Pathway to Homeownership course, the standard commission amount is $89.10 per qualifying course sale.
Commissions apply only to approved course sales unless UCS officially states otherwise in writing.
No commissions are paid on coaching, consulting, concierge services, business setup services, unrelated services, refunded purchases, chargeback transactions, fraudulent transactions, self-purchases, household payment method purchases, or unqualified transactions unless UCS officially states otherwise in writing.
Affiliate payout timing, holds, reversals, clawbacks, attribution rules, fraud reviews, and dispute handling are governed by UCS affiliate policies and the applicable Affiliate Terms.
13. No MLM / No Downline Structure
UCS does not operate as a multi-level marketing company.
Affiliates earn only on their own qualified direct referrals.
Affiliates may invite others to apply to become affiliates, but they do not earn commissions on another affiliate’s sales activity unless UCS creates and publishes a different official written program in the future.
There are no downline commissions, override commissions, multi-level compensation structures, or passive recruiting commissions in the standard UCS affiliate program.
14. Affiliate Attribution
Affiliate links are the primary method of attribution.
Referral codes may be used as a secondary attribution method when applicable.
Affiliates are responsible for using the correct approved promotional links and attribution methods.
UCS may manually review attribution issues, technical issues, duplicate claims, suspicious activity, refund activity, chargebacks, or disputes.
UCS reserves the right to determine final attribution in cases of tracking issues, fraud concerns, duplicate referrals, policy violations, or unclear referral paths.
