1. Referral Tracking Notice & Affiliate Disclosure

Disclosure:
“When you arrive at Upward Credit Solutions through a partner link (such as a lender, realtor, or credit union), we may record that referral to ensure your partner receives proper credit. If you choose to purchase our program, your partner may receive a one-time compensation. This disclosure is made in accordance with FTC affiliate marketing guidelines.”

 

2. Privacy Policy Acknowledgement & Referrer Permission

Consent:
By using this website and/or purchasing a product on this website I understand that Upward Credit Solutions will collect basic information including my name, email, and phone number. This information will be used to provide services, send updates, and communicate with me about my progress.
 



3. Purchase Agreement / Refund Policy

Consent:

All purchases of the Homebuyer Workshop Course and related digital materials are final and non-refundable. Because this is a digital product with instant access to downloadable files, videos, amortization schedules, and other resources, once payment is processed, you will receive permanent access to the course content. These items cannot be “returned,” and therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.

4. Education Disclaimer

Disclosure:
“All course materials, lessons, and quizzes are provided for educational purposes only. Upward Credit Solutions does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Individual results may vary, and Mortgage-Ready status does not guarantee mortgage approval.”

Disclosure:
Upward Credit Solutions is not a credit repair organization. We do not dispute credit accounts, remove items, or guarantee score improvements. Our program is designed for education and preparation purposes only.

Disclosure (Budget Notice):
“To be marked ‘Mortgage-Ready,’ you will later be asked to provide budget information. This may be done either by securely connecting your budgeting app (Monarch) or by uploading a worksheet. Without this information, we cannot provide a Mortgage-Ready status.”

5. Budget Information & Third-Party Disclosure

Consent:
“I consent to provide my budget information in order to be evaluated as ‘Mortgage-Ready.’ I understand that I may do this by securely linking my account with Monarch or by uploading a budget worksheet provided by Upward Credit Solutions.”

Disclosure:
“If you choose to use Monarch, please note this is a third-party service with its own terms of service and privacy policy. By linking Monarch, you are agreeing to Monarch’s policies in addition to ours. Upward Credit Solutions does not control Monarch’s practices and will only access information necessary to verify your budget readiness.”

 

6. Mortgage-Ready Status Sharing

Consent:
I authorize Upward Credit Solutions to share my Mortgage-Ready status with my referring partner if I have provided consent. This status includes my name, the date I was marked Mortgage-Ready, and no additional details.

I understand that my credit scores, budget details, and uploaded worksheets will not be shared with my partner.

 

7. Credit Pull Authorization & No Guarantee

Disclosure:
“Being marked ‘Mortgage-Ready’ does not guarantee loan approval or funding. Loan decisions are made solely by the lender.”

8. Communication Consent & Opt-Out

Consent:
“I consent to receive email and SMS communications from Upward Credit Solutions related to reminders, program updates, and coaching. Message and data rates may apply.

I understand that I may opt out at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in emails or replying STOP to text messages.”

 

9. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Disclosure:
“Upward Credit Solutions retains your program and budget information as long as necessary to provide services and comply with applicable laws.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Virginia, or other states with data privacy laws, you have additional rights under those laws, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.”



Upward Credit Solutions — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy 

 

1) What this policy covers

  • Digital products (downloads, templates, calculators, PDFs, videos).

  • Coaching & services (assessments, planning sessions, credit-building coaching).

  • Memberships/subscriptions (portals, communities, recurring programs).

  • Affiliate program (customer refunds + commission reversals).

Note: We provide education/coaching. We do not sell “credit repair” services. We do not guarantee specific score increases or loan approvals.


2) Digital products (downloads, courses, toolkits)

  • All sales are final once accessed or downloaded.

  • If you have not accessed the product (no download or course progress): you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • Bundles: refunds apply only if no included digital item was accessed. Otherwise, no partial refunds.

  • How to request: Email support within 7 days with your order number and the email used at checkout.


3) Coaching, assessments, and session-based services

  • Coaching is billed month-to-month.

  • Payment covers access for the current month.

  • Customers may cancel at any time to stop future monthly charges.

  • Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid being charged for that upcoming month.

  • If a customer cancels after paying for the current month, access continues until the end of that paid month, but no refunds are given for unused coaching.

  • No-shows or unused coaching sessions are treated as delivered.

4) Memberships & subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support; your access remains through the end of the paid period.

  • No prorated refunds for partial months.

  • Annual plans: 7-day cooling-off if no materials were accessed; otherwise non-refundable after the cooling-off period.

  • Free trials (if offered): your card will be charged at trial end unless you cancel before the renewal date stated at checkout.


5) Chargebacks & dispute process

  • Please contact us first—we can usually solve billing issues in 2 business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and can result in account or affiliate program termination in cases of abuse or fraud.


6) Affiliate purchases — customer refunds

  • Customers who purchase via an affiliate link have the same refund/cancellation rights described above.

  • If a customer gets a refund, any related affiliate commission is reversed.

  • Because our digital products are non-refundable once accessed, refunds are rare. In the case of a billing error, duplicate charge, or successful chargeback, commissions will still be voided or clawed back.


7) Affiliate commissions — holds, reversals & clawbacks

To keep things fair and compliant:

  • Payout hold: Commissions are placed on a 45-day hold to allow for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud reviews.

  • Reversals: If the customer refunds within the hold window, no commission is paid.

  • Clawbacks: If a refund occurs after payout (rare exceptions), we will deduct the amount from future commissions or invoice for reimbursement.

  • Self-purchases: No commissions on your own purchases or those made with your household payment method.

  • Fraud or coupon abuse: We may void commissions and remove affiliate access.

  • Attribution: Last valid click within 30 days earns the commission, unless a campaign specifies otherwise.



8) How to request a refund or cancellation

Email [email protected] with:

  1. Full name

  2. Order number

  3. Product/service name

  4. Reason for the request

  5. For services: scheduled date/time of session

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds typically reach your bank in 5–10 business days (processor dependent).
