UCS does not share a consumer’s enrollment status, participation progress, milestone completion, course completion, coaching participation, or other program status with any referring bank, credit union, loan officer, mortgage originator, Realtor, affiliate, or institutional referral source unless the consumer has provided separate, explicit authorization for that status-sharing.
Without verified consumer authorization, consumer status information remains within UCS and is not disclosed to referral sources.
14. Affiliate Attribution and Referral Information
UCS may collect referral information to determine commission eligibility, track attribution, resolve disputes, enforce affiliate rules, and manage refund or chargeback issues.
Affiliate attribution information may include referral codes, affiliate IDs, tracking links, source information, registration records, and purchase attribution data.
15. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

Last-Four SSN Security Clause
Where the last four digits of a Social Security number are voluntarily provided for internal verification, duplicate-prevention, tracking, or system-integration purposes, UCS limits access to that data and applies reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards.
UCS does not share this partial data element with any referring institution, affiliate, Realtor, loan officer, or professional referral source unless required by law or separately authorized by the consumer.

19. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:

Independent affiliates and referral sources are responsible for their own contact lists, CRM systems, email lists, audience targeting, text distribution, outreach permissions, and privacy-law compliance.
UCS does not manage, control, integrate with, or assume responsibility for an affiliate’s or referral source’s internal CRM databases, marketing lists, targeting systems, text distribution tools, or regional privacy-permission controls.
Affiliates and referral sources must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, platform, and consumer-protection laws when promoting UCS.
25. Testimonials and Public Submissions
UCS may request permission to use testimonials, reviews, feedback, success stories, comments, or voluntary submissions.
UCS will not intentionally publish private financial information without permission.
