1. Purpose of This Disclaimer

This Earnings Disclaimer applies to UCS websites, affiliate pages, webinars, educational events, landing pages, checkout pages, onboarding materials, affiliate materials, emails, promotional content, social media content, and related UCS communications.

UCS provides educational products, lender-readiness education, budgeting education, coaching support, affiliate opportunities, and educational resources. Any examples, testimonials, illustrations, performance discussions, or promotional references are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. No Guaranteed Earnings

UCS does not guarantee that any customer, affiliate, participant, operator, contractor, or user will earn money, generate commissions, increase income, produce sales, build a business, achieve financial success, or reach any specific financial result.

Affiliate earnings, customer outcomes, and business results depend on many individual factors including effort, consistency, audience, marketing activity, follow-up, communication quality, budgeting behavior, market conditions, consumer decisions, compliance, operational execution, and other factors outside UCS control.

3. Affiliate Earnings

The current standard UCS affiliate commission is 30% per qualified course sale.

For the current $297 Pathway to Homeownership course, the standard commission amount is $89.10 per qualified course sale.

Commissions apply only to qualified course sales under current UCS affiliate policies and may be affected by refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, attribution reviews, payout holds, compliance reviews, or policy violations.

UCS does not guarantee that affiliates will make sales, earn commissions, recover expenses, or achieve any specific level of performance.

Certain referral sources, including banks, credit unions, loan officers, mortgage originators, mortgage professionals, institution-affiliated personnel, or other regulated referral sources, may be subject to additional compensation restrictions, compliance review, institutional policy requirements, or separate UCS classification. UCS reserves the right to classify, reclassify, restrict, suspend, or deny commission eligibility for any affiliate or referral source when necessary to address compliance, institutional, RESPA, UDAAP, privacy, consumer-protection, vendor-risk, or reputational concerns.

Affiliate compensation is not tied to loan applications, loan approvals, underwriting decisions, funded loans, closings, settlement-service activity, lender selection, or mortgage outcomes.

4. Educational Positioning

UCS is an educational and lender-readiness platform.

UCS is not a lender, bank, mortgage company, broker, loan originator, financial advisory firm, or credit repair company.

Participation in a UCS course, webinar, coaching program, affiliate program, educational event, or promotional activity does not guarantee loan approval, credit approval, funding, specific credit score outcomes, homeownership eligibility, CRA consideration, affiliate earnings, or financial success.

5. Testimonials and Examples

Testimonials, success stories, examples, screenshots, educational illustrations, projections, or performance discussions presented by UCS or affiliates should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, typical results, or expected outcomes.

Individual results vary significantly based on personal circumstances, participation, effort, financial behavior, marketing activity, audience response, timing, and external market conditions.

6. Webinar and Promotional Statements

Statements made during webinars, onboarding sessions, affiliate trainings, educational events, or promotional activities are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Affiliates, operators, and promotional partners may not make unauthorized promises, misleading income claims, guaranteed earnings claims, guaranteed approval claims, or misleading financial statements.

Affiliates, operators, and promotional partners may not guarantee mortgage readiness, lender readiness, any readiness designation, loan approval, credit approval, credit score improvement, funding, home purchase, client return, affiliate income, commission results, or financial outcomes.

Affiliates may not claim that UCS is a credit repair company, promise negative-item deletion, imply that UCS can remove accurate credit information, or suggest that UCS compensation is connected to loan applications, underwriting guidelines, funded loans, closings, lender decisions, or settlement-service outcomes.

7. Independent Decision-Making

Customers, affiliates, and participants are responsible for their own financial decisions, business decisions, promotional activity, budgeting decisions, and participation choices.

UCS encourages individuals to evaluate their own circumstances carefully and seek advice from licensed professionals when appropriate.

No consumer is required to purchase a UCS product, course, coaching service, or educational resource as a condition of working with any lender, bank, credit union, Realtor, loan officer, affiliate, or referral source. Participation in UCS is voluntary.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

UCS may update this Earnings Disclaimer at any time to reflect operational, legal, policy, business, or program changes.

Updated versions may be posted on UCS websites, checkout pages, webinar pages, affiliate pages, or other official UCS communication channels.
